Barbie Sea Sisters arm floats come as a pair and slide onto a child’s upper arms to add buoyancy while they play in the water. The ocean-themed Barbie print adds a pop of colour. The pair slides onto each upper arm and gives the child some lift while they practise kicking and paddling.
