If you have ever organised matching T-shirts for a whole team, you know how it goes: a spreadsheet of sizes, three reminders in the group chat, collecting cash, and two shirts in the wrong size at the end. The easier way is a private order link where each family orders and pays for themselves. That is how we do it.

How it works

  1. Send us your logo. A vector file (SVG, PDF or AI) is best, a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works.
  2. Pick the products together. T-shirts, hoodies, bags and more. We make a mockup for you to approve.
  3. Order a sample at base price to check quality and fit.
  4. Get your link. We create a private page for your club. It does not show in the main shop menu, only people with the link can see it.
  5. Share it. Each member picks a size, orders, pays and gets the parcel at their own parcel locker in Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania.

The organiser never handles cash, sizes or parcels.

Your club can earn from it

The club sets its own margin on each product, for example a couple of euros per shirt, and that goes to the club. It can help pay for competition trips or new costumes.

Who it is for

  • dance groups and schools
  • sports clubs and training groups
  • school classes, including graduation shirts
  • kindergarten groups and trips
  • choirs and bands
  • company events and team days
  • stag and hen parties, group trips

Tips for a good club shirt

  • Keep the logo simple. Fine detail is lost in print. We can make a simplified version.
  • Think about contrast: light logo on a dark shirt, dark logo on a light one.
  • Chest logo around 8 to 10 cm wide, larger on the back.
  • Add names or numbers on the back if you want each shirt to be personal.
  • Children’s sizes: they grow fast. Many parents order one size up.

Get started

Tell us about your group, roughly how many people will order and what products you have in mind.

To understand why T-shirts are printed differently from keyrings and coasters, see sublimation vs. engraving vs. print. The Estonian version of this page is also available.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order for custom club T-shirts?

No. Each item is printed to order, so every member can order exactly the size and number they need.

How do members order and pay?

We set up a private shop page for your club. You share the link, and each family orders, pays and chooses delivery themselves.

Can our club earn money from the merch?

Yes. The club can set its own margin on each product, and that amount goes to the club.

Can we see a sample first?

Yes. The club can order a sample at base price before the link goes out.
