This is a general-purpose birthday balloon for any age, so it suits family parties, office celebrations and school gatherings. Tie them to a gate or a mailbox so guests know where the party is. Latex is light and cheap, which makes it easy to buy enough to fill a room. Keep them away from sharp edges and direct sunlight so that they stay smooth and bright through the afternoon.
