The shipping price and expected delivery date are shown at checkout before you pay.

We are based in Valga, right on the Latvian border, so cross-border orders are an everyday thing for us.

Personalised items take a little longer

Anything made to your design, such as photo cards, engraved items, sublimation products and printed clothing, is produced after you order. Allow 3 extra working days before it is sent. In-stock items are usually sent within 2 working days.

Sending a gift to someone in another country

This is one of the most common things our customers do: someone in Tartu orders a birthday present for a friend in Riga, or a family in Vilnius orders a photo card for a grandmother in Estonia.

Add the gift to your basket.

At checkout, enter the recipient’s name and phone number, not your own. The parcel locker sends the pickup code by text message to that phone number.

Choose the parcel locker closest to them.

Add your own email address so you get the order confirmation and tracking.

Parcel lockers in the Baltics, briefly

Parcel lockers are the normal way to receive online orders in all three countries. They are in shopping centres, supermarkets and petrol stations, are open long hours or around the clock, and you collect with a code sent by text message. You usually have several days to pick up your parcel before it is returned.

VAT, customs and returns

VAT: all prices include Estonian VAT. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Customs: none. Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are all in the EU.

Returns: you have the right to return unused items within 14 days under EU consumer rules. Personalised items made to your own design cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Ordering before a holiday

Delivery times grow in December and before big holidays. For Christmas, see our 2026 order deadlines. For other dates, our gifting calendar shows every main occasion in Estonia, with Latvian holidays at the bottom.

The Estonian version of this page covers the same information in Estonian.

Frequently asked questions

Does Gribzy ship to Latvia and Lithuania?

Yes.
